Meet our featured speakers!
Paula Braga-Kenyon, Ph.D., has been a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2001. She has held various senior positions in the field of ABA, and most recently was Chief Clinical Officer at Trumpet Behavioral Health and Kadiant. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University since 2006. Paula is widely published, and her articles can be found in peer reviewed journals such as Nature, Autism Research, EJOBA, JABA, JEAB, and The Psychological Record. She also serves as guest reviewer for many of these journals. Her research interests include clinical quality and outcomes, clinical operations, stimulus control, discrimination learning, sleep, and naturalistic teaching.
Kathleen Bailey Stengel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked in the field of behavior health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over twenty years with her major area of clinical interest consisting of administration of medical and behavioral treatment for individuals with neurodevelopmental behavioral issues and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kathleen is an expert in creating large scale systems to improve clinical outcomes for those populations. She maintains a specific passion for helping children and families with a particular interest in OBM, population health management and clinical outcomes.
Lani Fritts has been leading ABA organizations since 2009, when he founded Trumpet Behavioral Health. He subsequently founded Kadiant and is a founding board member of CASP. He has an MBA from Stanford University. With a robust skill set that includes Strategic Planning, Management, Business Strategy, Start Ups, Leadership and more. He is now embarking on his new company boost. He is currently an Executive Chairman / CEO at Boost. Lani Fritts brings experience from previous roles at The Council of Autism Service Providers, Bixpli, Kadiant and Behaviorlive.
Mark Shalvarjian, the current CEO of Gracent, has a distinguished career in healthcare leadership starting in 1997. He previously served as COO of Kadiant, President of Capitol Dental Care, and CEO of Cancer Care International. His career includes growing Vantage Oncology from two to sixty-two centers, and executive roles with DaVita and Deloitte. Mark is dedicated to serving underserved populations and has been active with non-profits supporting healthcare for children, the disabled, and the elderly. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures and endurance sports, and spends time with his wife and three children who live across different time zones.
